This agreement is subject to binding arbitration and also includes a waiver of the right to a class action. This means that if a dispute arises between you and us, you are obliged to resolve it through arbitration, and not through lawsuits or class actions. The use of the Services is possible only in full agreement with these terms.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (as set out below) govern your use of our website, software and services. In the future, the terms “website”, “software” and “services” will have the meanings defined in the following sections.

2. Definitions
2.1 “We”, “Our”, “We” mean the company Medium Rare Limited, registered in Cyprus with registration number HE410775 and legal address: 7-9 RIGA FERRAIOU, Lizantian Court, Office 310, Agii Omologites, 1087 Nicosia, Cyprus. The activities of this website are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, according to the Remote Work License.
2.2 “Website Brand” means the commercial brand and other trademarks of Medium Rare Limited.
2.3 “Limited Jurisdiction” for the purposes of this Brand means an area where it is prohibited by law to participate in any form of online gambling offered by independent service providers, or where the Brand has not received a license authorizing such an offer. Please see paragraphs 4.4, 4.21 – 4.24 for more information.
2.4 “You; Your” means you as the person using the Website.

2.14 “Membership Registration” has the meaning specified in paragraph 4.1 below.
2.15 “Your Account” has the meaning set out in Clause 4.11.
2.16 “Account Limits” – the account limit means the maximum deposit that a Player can independently make to limit the volume of his transactions, in conjunction with any legitimate winnings and bonuses that accumulate from time to time in the Player’s account, and paragraph 10.5 of these Terms and Conditions should be interpreted accordingly.
2.17 “Bet” means any bet, wager or anything similar made by you and/or any other Player in connection with the Services.
2.18 “Legitimate Winnings” means, in accordance with the terms below, winnings legitimately won by You when using the Services and won by You in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, minus the following:
- (a) Any amounts that were mistakenly credited to your account;
- (b) Amounts received as a result of violations of these Terms and Conditions, or in case of suspected fraud or dishonest actions;
- (c) Unreasonable or cancelled bets.
2.19 Rule 4(c) Tattersalls: In case of withdrawals, rule 4(C) will apply. All bets on results that may be eligible to participate in the race, but subsequently will not be able to start in the resumed race and will be canceled, will be canceled and, therefore, refunded. 2.22 “Affordability” means the level of disposable income available for gambling, based on information from open sources and explicitly provided by you upon our request.

2.23 “Syndicate” means colluding with others in order to take advantage and / or bypass processes / policy

2.26 “Administration Fee” means We are within our rights to action a 15% fee for costs incurred to Us.
2.27 “Proxy server” means using means to hide your IP address, such as VPN, private relay, as well as any embedded applications, devices or browser add-ons that mask IP addresses.
3. Registration
3.1 When registering to participate in the Services, by checking the box “I am over 18 years old and I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions”, you confirm and agree that:
- (a) You are over the age of 18 and have the legal right to participate in gambling according to the laws of your jurisdiction.
- (b) You have read and fully agree to the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.

4. Opening Your Account
4.1 In order to use the Services, you must be a resident of India and complete the account registration and membership process in accordance with the instructions on the Website (“Membership Registration”).
4.2 You confirm and warrant that all information provided by you during registration and registration of membership is accurate, reliable and complete, including your name, specified sources of funds, payment method (including relevant payment details, bank account and card numbers) and address. 4.8 We reserve the right to reject Your Membership Registration at Our absolute discretion and without giving any reason.
4.9 You are not allowed to use the Services until completion of Your Membership Registration.
4.10 To use the Service to access them, you need to create an account in your name (“Your Account”).
4.11 We only allow one account per person, one home address, one email address, one phone number, one payment method, and a shared IP address or device (including public ones such as a library, workplace, or Internet cafe).
4.12 If we discover or suspect that you have more than one account on our site, or if we have reasonable suspicions that an account or group of accounts are acting systematically (for example, using certain wagering methods or betting as a group), or otherwise violate the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, we We reserve the right, at our discretion, to close one or all of your accounts. 4.13 Your account is not transferable to another person. The account can only be used by the individual who created it, and solely for their own interests.
4.14 After registration, you can choose the currency of your account: rupees (INR), euros (EUR) or American dollars (USD). The minimum deposit amount accepted into your account is 10 rupees, 10 euros or 10 US dollars, depending on the currency you choose, as indicated above.
4.15 Any amounts in your account are stored by us for you in the player’s funds account. However, we are not a bank, and interest on any amounts in your account is not paid.
4.16 You must keep your credentials (alias, password and any other information used to access your account) confidential and not disclose them to any other person. You must not allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances.

4.19 In certain circumstances, we may request similar financial information from a third party with whom you are financially connected, within the framework of law and regulations, in order to fulfill our obligations on social responsibility, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing.
4.20 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that your account may be suspended while we conduct additional security, verification and/or availability checks.
4.21 Online gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions, so we cannot provide you with any legal advice or guarantees regarding your use of our Services and make no representations regarding the legality of the Services in your jurisdiction. 4.25 By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we reserve the right to contact you using your registered contact details.
5. Safer Gaming

- (f) You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations that relate to your use of the Services and participation in gambling, as well as comply with all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 All players are obliged to play on their own behalf and in their own interests. It is strictly forbidden to play on behalf of another person, an employer, a sweat workshop, a golden farm, or any other form of team or cooperative. - (c) Collusion with other players to manipulate the results of the game, bets or other actions aimed at manipulating the system;
- (d) Using multiple accounts in order to circumvent limits, winnings or other restrictions;
- (e) Violation of any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which may be regarded as an attempt at deception or fraud.
In the event of such violations, all bets, winnings or funds related to them may be canceled and funds withheld in accordance with our internal investigations.
7.5 If you become aware of or suspect such activities that take unfair and illegal advantage of the Services and the Website, you must inform us by e-mail [email protected] that we conduct an investigation and ensure a safe and fair gambling environment. Your cooperation will help us maintain a high level of security and integrity, as well as prevent possible abuse by other players.
8. Bets and Bet Acceptance Procedure

8.6 Any bet that violates these Terms and Conditions will be canceled and a notification will be sent to the email address specified in your account.
8.7 The use of artificial intelligence or software (commonly referred to as “bots”) is strictly prohibited. Any bet made using such funds, or an attempt to use such software, will be canceled and the corresponding account will be closed.
8.8 The Beta version will be valid only if your username and password (where required) are correct and there are enough funds in your account to make a full bet.
8.9 You are responsible for all users, actions and transactions in your account with respect to the following, regardless of whether you have authorized the use, actions or transaction or not:
- (a) Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information (username and password).

8.12. All bets are cancelled on the day they are accepted, unless otherwise indicated. We will consider the bids valid and accepted when the transaction ID is displayed in your account and your transaction history is updated.
8.13 No bets can be placed after the start of the event on which the Bet is placed, or if the outcome of the event on which the Bet is placed is known at the time of placing the corresponding bet. If any event or betting session is mistakenly left open for betting after the start of the relevant event and/or if the outcome of the relevant event is known, we reserve the right to reject or cancel such bets made without your knowledge.
8.14 Acceptance of any requested bet or any part thereof is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to limit any bet before accepting it.
8.15 The announced start time of the events on which you can bet, displayed on the Website, is for informational purposes only. If for any reason we mistakenly accept a bet after the start of a game, race, event or match that you are betting on, we reserve the right to cancel such a bet.
8.16 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Rules, in the case of any sport or event, the result of the game, race, competition or match will be determined on the day of its completion. Unless otherwise indicated, all accepted bets will take into account the official result. Any subsequent investigation that may lead to the reversal of the decision regarding the relevant game, race, event or match will not be recognized by us, and our initial betting calculations will remain valid.
8.17 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Rules, in the event of a change in the venue of a sporting event, all bets based on the original venue will be canceled.
8.18 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Rules, suspended games, races, competitions or matches, as well as protests or cancelled decisions in connection with them, are not recognized by us.
8.19 Unless specifically stated otherwise in the Rules, if the express bet includes a choice that turned out not to participate in the draw or was declared invalid, the bet will be calculated only on the remaining valid options (if any).
8.20 You agree that any odds, lines and shapes are subject to change without prior notice, and such changes will be recorded only at the time when We accept the relevant bet. You also acknowledge that when placing bets in real time (bets on events that have already started) such fluctuations can occur during the event itself. You are responsible for verifying the information related to any bet you wish to place and accounting for any such fluctuations when using the real-time betting service.
8.21 In the event of a system failure of any kind that leads to incorrect selection of coefficients, lines or headlights, all bets related to these erroneous data will be canceled. If the error or malfunction is corrected in a timely manner, we may, at our sole discretion (but are not obligated) to make reasonable efforts to contact you and offer the opportunity to place a new bet with the correct odds, lines and handicap.
8.22 We will not accept any simultaneously placed Bets on one game, race, event or match from You.
8.23 Markets are periodically opened for betting on the outcomes of sporting events that are scheduled for more than one week. Such bets are accepted in the all-in-one format, regardless of whether the event takes place, whether the participant enters the game or not. Unless otherwise specified in the Rules, inserts in the “Ante Post” category are considered lost if the selected participant does not participate in the event. In all cases, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to Tattersall’s rule 4(c) to account for refunds for bets on participants who did not participate in the event.
8.24 In respect of any Bet and the associated transactions therewith, Our decision is final and conclusive.
8.25 You acknowledge and agree that the random number generator (“RNG”) or real-time card distribution provided on the Website determines the results of actions such as shuffling and dealing cards, spinning the ball and wheel, shaking the dice, as well as the outcomes of games, lotteries and other random events which are part of the Service. You accept the results of these actions, whether they are random outcomes generated by the RNG or the actions of a live dealer, as final and indisputable.
8.26 If the result of one event directly affects the outcome of another, a dependent situation arises that excludes the possibility of combining such events into a cumulative bet. For example, you cannot combine bets in one accumulator that team A will beat team B in a league match and that team A will win the league.
8.27 If a cumulative bet consisting of interrelated events was mistakenly accepted, it will be calculated by dividing the bet into equal parts for each suitable outcome of these events.
9. Account Limits, Payout Limits and Maximum Bets
9.1 The following are the maximum win limits for a single client within one business day. Our bookmakers are prohibited from accepting any bets that exceed these specified limits. If a bet is mistakenly accepted beyond these limits, the maximum limit will be applied, and any excess bet amount will be canceled. All limits are listed in pounds sterling.
9.2 In some cases, these limits may be changed (reduced or increased) at our discretion and may change from time to time without prior notice. Such changes will comply with the rules of safe play, and players will be notified in advance of the actions taken.
9.3 For express bets, including bets on markets where other limits apply, the maximum payout for the default bet will be equal to the lowest applicable limit and in no case should exceed 50,000 pounds (or the equivalent amount in other currencies).
9.4 As stated in clause 10.7, the maximum winnings paid by Us to any Player on any calendar day (from 00:00 to 23:59) for any valid bet or combination of bets, including Ante Post bets, may be limited to the maximum amount.
9.5 If a group of players make the same combination of bets, and we consider that they are acting as a syndicate (as specified in paragraph 7.4 (b)), they will all be treated as one player, in accordance with the established restrictions.
9.6 The maximum bet amount depends on the type of game and the conditions that we set for each category of gambling, as indicated in these Terms and on our website. These limits are subject to change without prior notice, but in any case will not exceed the amounts indicated on the website. You can use your account to place bets within these limits.
10. Settlement of Transactions In and Out of your Account
10.1 When using any payment method, including debit cards and digital wallets, the name specified in the payment system must match the one you specified during registration. We reserve the right to reject the transaction or suspend membership if the names do not match. This provision also applies to all the conditions of paragraph 4, including, but not limited to, paragraph 4.5.
10.2 Your gambling income must be legally earned and available, that is, you cannot use funds received through loans, loans from institutional or peer-to-peer providers.
10.3 According to the law, you are fully responsible for all debts incurred to us or our partners. You confirm that you will not knowingly cancel, reject or withdraw your bets. If you do so, you agree to reimburse us for all losses that may arise from such actions.
10.4 Online gambling debts are enforceable in law.
10.5 We recommend that players set their own deposit limits to control the volume of their transactions. These restrictions can be configured in the “My Account” section on the website or contact Customer Support. Limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on the amount of the deposit. Once the limit is reached, further deposits will become impossible until the end of the selected period. You can change or cancel these limits at any time through My Account or by contacting us by email. If you want to reduce the limit, this will be done within 24 hours, as far as technically possible. A 24-hour waiting period and re-confirmation will be required to increase the limit. All changes to the limits will be taken into account in accordance with the license, including previous deposits.
10.6 We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the services and/or reject withdrawal requests if we suspect fraud, dishonest or careless actions, violation of laws or conditions, as well as abuse of bonuses, as specified in sections 7 and 13 of these rules.
10.7 Depending on the chosen payment method, the payout of legitimate winnings may be limited either by a daily limit (from 00:00 to 23:59) or by a one-time transaction limit set by our payment provider. Additional restrictions may apply to other payment methods.
10.8 Your legitimate winnings do not include amounts received as a result of bets, events or games that led to winnings recognized as legitimate.
10.9 In accordance with clause 10.11, we are not responsible for errors that may occur when depositing or withdrawing funds from your account. We reserve the right to cancel any bet or transaction if an error has affected the payment. If you notice that your account balance does not match what you expected, please let us know as soon as possible.
10.10 You are required to pay all taxes, fees and commissions related to your legitimate winnings in accordance with applicable laws.
10.11 If funds have been mistakenly credited to your account, you must notify us as soon as possible, but no later than the moment when it would be reasonable to assume that you have learned about the error. Mistakenly credited funds will be considered invalid, and if there are enough funds in your account, we will immediately refund them. If the funds are insufficient, you must immediately return the amount mistakenly credited to us. Such funds cannot be used. We also reserve the right to cancel any bets or transactions related to erroneous payments.
11. Collection of Legitimate Winnings
11.1 Legitimate Winnings will be deposited to Your Account.
11.2 We adhere to the closed-loop principle, which means that your legitimate winnings must be withdrawn in the same way that was used for the initial deposit. The recipient of the winnings will be the same person who deposited the funds for the bet.
11.3 If we suspect that a person or group of persons is involved in collusion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, influence betting, network or syndicate betting, proxy gambling, exploiting vulnerabilities in our software, we are not obligated to refund the funds in your account. We reserve the right to withhold any amounts that might otherwise be paid to you, including winnings or bonuses. If your account is closed or suspended, the remaining funds (including winnings and bonuses) will not be refunded, and you will consider these funds canceled, including in case of claims on our part at the time of closure.
11.4 You are required to pay all bank and third-party fees related to depositing and withdrawing funds from your account. We reserve the right to withhold these fees from your legitimate winnings.
11.5 If you want to withdraw an amount below the minimum withdrawal amount, we will process your request manually and deduct the withdrawal fee.
12. Promotions, Bonuses & Marketing
12.1 All promotions, bonuses and special offers are governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as separate rules that may be established for each promotion. These additional rules will have an advantage for the duration of a specific promotion or bonus. The conditions for each promotion or bonus will be provided in advance, and you will have to accept them before participating in the offer.
12.2 All promotions, bonuses and special offers are limited to one offer per customer, home address, email, phone number, payment details, IP address or device (including those publicly available in libraries, offices or Internet cafes). Violation of this rule, including the use of masking devices or IP addresses, will be considered a violation of the terms, and we will take appropriate measures.
12.3 At our discretion, all promotional bonuses, special offers and any winnings received through such offers using allegedly duplicate accounts (as specified in clause 4.12) may be canceled and your accounts will be closed.
12.4 Marketing Preferences

12.4.4 Changing of Your marketing preferences may take up to 72 hours.
13. Bonus Rules
13.1 Bonuses are provided at our discretion, and we have the right to restrict access to any bonus for any player at any time.
13.2 Fraudulent or repeated applications will not be accepted, as well as applications that violate these Standard Terms of the promotion or the conditions established for a particular promotion.
13.4 Promotions are not available to players using an e-wallet when depositing funds.
14. Indemnity from you to us
You agree to reimburse us, our employees and agents for all costs, losses, damages or claims (including reasonable court costs) that may arise from your careless behavior, actions or omissions, as well as from downloading or installing the software, its use or your violation of any terms of these Terms.
